Chhayakar alongside three other UAE players were charged under the ICC against defilement code in 2019 and temporarily suspended only days in front of the T20 World Cup Qualifier.
Chhayakar was seen as at fault for defilement in the Zimbabwe v UAE series in April 2019 and matches in the GT20 in Canada in 2019 as per ICC.

The articles Chhayakar has been seen as at legitimate fault for penetrating are as per the following:
- Article 2.1.1 (on two separate events) - Fixing or creating in any capacity or in any case impacting inappropriately or being involved with any understanding or work to fix or think up in any capacity or in any case impact inappropriately, the outcome, progress, lead or some other part of any Worldwide Match, including (without limit) by purposely failing to meet expectations in that.
- Article 2.1.4 (on two separate events) - Straightforwardly or by implication requesting, prompting, tempting, teaching, convincing, empowering or purposefully working with any Member to break any of the previous arrangements of this Article 2.1.
- Article 2.4.6 (on two separate events) - Falling flat or denying, without convincing defense, to collaboration with any examination did by the ACU comparable to conceivable Degenerate Direct under the Counter Debasement Code (by any Member), including (without constraint) neglecting to give precisely and totally any data or potentially documentation mentioned by the ACU (whether as a feature of a conventional Interest as per Article 4.3 etc.) as a component of such examination.
- Article 2.4.7 - Impeding or postponing any examination that might be completed by the ACU according to conceivable Degenerate Direct under the Counter Defilement Code (by any Member), including (without constraint) covering, altering or annihilating any documentation or other data that might be pertinent to that examination and additionally that might be proof of or may prompt the revelation of proof of Degenerate Lead under the Counter Debasement Code)".
